Some users have reported that the router doesn't seem to pick up an IP address properly, the solution seems to be to power everything off, then start up the Netgear, give it a couple of minutes to initialise and then start up the VM Hub and wait for it to complete start up (red / magenta light) - the router should now have a proper WAN IP address.
